Our customers’ privacy is important for us. We want you to know what personal data we process and why, how we use them and what options and control options are at your disposal.
What personal data do we store?We can store the following customer personal data: name, surname, personal identity number (code) or date of birth of natural person, declared place of residence, address of the protected object, telephone number, e-mail address and bank account number.
How do we use personal data?We use your data to fulfil the obligations under the previously concluded contract, including providing you with high quality security services, quickly and promptly reacting to alarms, identifying you, doing technical work, answering your questions, and for accounting and marketing needs. For individual purposes, such as sending commercial messages, your consent is required. Data processing is conducted for specific purposes and only in accordance with them.
What personal data is being transferred to third parties?We care about your privacy, so your personal data will never be disclosed or sold to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned in this policy. Your personal data can be transferred to trusted partners (security and technical support companies) that provide specific services. Data may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies on the basis of a request from a competent public officer, and we are required to disclose customer information to law enforcement authorities if there is a suspicion of criminal activity.
How do we store personal data?Personal data are processed in Latvia and are not sent outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. We have taken reasonable steps to maintain the correctness and accuracy of personal data and to ensure data security. Various modern technologies and security programs at different levels are used for these purposes, as well as employee training is provided. Personal data is stored during the term of the security guard service contract, as well as within the time period specified in regulatory enactments, then data is deleted.
How to get access to your personal data?You are entitled to verify any data relating to yourself, request correction, erasure or addition of incorrectly specified data, prohibit the use of your data for purposes not related to the provision of security services, as well as other data subjects’ rights under the regulatory enactments. By consenting to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, you are entitled at any time to change the opinion and withdraw the consent if the processing is done on the basis of your consent, but this will not affect the processing that has already been performed. If we process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interests, you are entitled to oppose the processing of this data, although in some cases this may mean that our service will no longer be available to you.
